My approach to therapy is individually based, but my basic goal would be to help each individual gain a sense of clarity, empowerment and hope. I believe that through the therapeutic relationship, you can begin to feel understood and connected which can ultimately lead to an increase in self-exploration and awareness. This awareness can be extremely valuable for you as you can gain a better understanding of your own personal strengths and weaknesses; thus, facilitating change and helping you attain your personal goals. Throughout the therapy experience, you can expect to work on an improved understanding of your thoughts, feelings and behaviors, especially as it relates to particular difficulties in your life.
